Study in Canada
Choose to study in Canada, and you’ll have the opportunity to encounter vastly different cultural and natural experiences – from the ski slopes of British Columbia to the prairie province of Manitoba, with cities such as Toronto, Montréal, Vancouver and Quebec famously friendly, tolerant and multicultural.
Destination Canada, the second largest country in the world occupies most of the northern part of North America, covering the vast land area from the United States in south to the Arctic Circle in the north. It is a country of enormous distances and rich natural resources.
Long time part of colonial North America, Canada became a self-governing colony in the mid 19th century (1867) while retaining ties to the British crown.
Canada’s landscape offers a wide range of natural sceneries and is divided into multiple geographical regions. The Canadian Shield, which is the largest geographical area, encompasses half the country and centers on Hudson Bay. The southeastern region of Canada is dominated by lowlands, bordered by the Great Lakes: Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, Lake Erie, and Lake Ontario.
The country occupies an area of 9,984,670 km², making it the largest country in the Western Hemisphere. Compared it is slightly larger than the US, or 18 times the size of France.
36.3 million people (in 2017) live in the country, this is about 10% of the population of neighboring USA. Capital city is Ottawa, largest city is Toronto, spoken languages are English and French.
Canada is bordered by Alaska (USA) in west, and by 12 US states of the continental United States in south, the country shares maritime borders with Greenland (an autonomous territory of Denmark and Saint Pierre and Miquelon, an island which belongs to France.
Every year more than two hundred thousand International students troop into Canada. This is because studying in Canada is an exciting and rewarding experience for many students from around the world. Canadian education reputations are based on quality and are recognized for excellence across the entire education sector and employers across the globe. Over 90 percent of Canada’s Universities and College graduates are employed in their field of study within six months after graduation and 93 percent of employers are satisfied with the graduates.
Tuition Fees
In general, tuition fees in Canada are less expensive compared to other major Anglophone destinations (the US and Australia), but still higher than most other countries. Average tuition fees in Canada for international undergraduate students start at about CA$14,000 (about US$10,735) per year. Universities in Canada set their own fees, and the cost of study also depends on the type of course and the subject – tuition fees in Canada for arts and humanities students tend to be at the lower end of the scale, with subjects such as engineering and medicine students among the more expensive.
We are committed to helping Students get admission into Canadian Universities and Colleges. Although many students desire to study in Canada, they are not equipped with enough information of the requirements, institutions and how to obtain the visa. This is our job and we will guide you all the way.
